The Josephon junction article deserves some modifications, maybe some kind of merging with Josephson_effect. The most important application of the Josephon effect is the voltage standard. There is another more recent application as photon sensor which needs a precise SUPPRESSION of the supercurrent due to the dc Josephson effect. Even if the physical device used in both applications is made with two superconductors weakly linked together, their mode of operation is quite different. It is thus misleading to the leave the detector part TOGETHER with the Josephson part. I tried to fix the issue for now, but had too little time to do it properly. One sould imperatively add some information about the voltage standard. The photon detection aspects could become a new article including alternative techniques.
